Duration :
The lease is granted for the period specified in the contract except conventional prolongation granted by the hirer. Failing restitution, the agreed date, the latter reserves the right to take the vehicle wherever it is, to the tenant's expenses.

Profile and age of the driver :
Age: The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for at least 2 years.

Delivery / recovery :
The Vehicles can be delivered or picked up at the location of your choice. (Airports, hotels, railway stations, etc ...) A credit card imprint is required upon delivery. Use of Vehicles on unpaved runways is absolutely prohibited.

Long term rental :
On request, very low rates for rentals of more than one month. Daily rates are calculated on the basis of 24 hours. Weekly rates are calculated on the basis of 7 consecutive days.

Payment :
Payment can be made by transfer Swift, by credit card. Our rates include unlimited mileage, lubricants and vehicle maintenance, delivery / recovery of the vehicle. Our prices are in Euros. In case of cancellation, deposits will remain with the company Maroc Auto Car. When returning the car before the scheduled end of the booking, the customer is not entitled to any refund for the remaining period.

Insurance :
The Vehicles are insured risk. However, for any damage other than vehicle theft, fire, glass breakage, liability and people carried (PAI), a non-waivable ceiling remains the responsibility of the driver in the case or its partial or full responsibility would be engaged. For any accident, a report is mandatory.
